“Dave & Co” is a firm practicing mainly in the High Court of Judicature at Bombay and City Civil and
Sessions Court and Magistrates Court and Tribunals , The firm was established in the year 1964 by
Mr. H.M. Dave (Solicitor). Mr. Charul Devendra Abuwala and Mrs Asha Abuwala are the other persons
running the firm. The firm has its office in the proximity of the Bombay High Court in one of the grand
heritage buildings at Horniman Circle, Fort, Mumbai.
Located in the historic Botawala Building near the Bombay High Court at Horniman Circle, Fort, Mumbai,
our firm combines traditional values with modern legal expertise. We are temporarily also operating from
the heritage Bharat Insurance Building at Fort due to MHADA repairs.
Our journey began under the guidance of Mr. H.M. Dave (Solicitor), and today we stand as one of Mumbai's
most respected legal establishments. With over six decades of experience, we have built a reputation for
delivering exceptional legal services across various domains.
The firm has been practicing mainly , in the High Court and City CivilCourt, and Magistrates Court and
Arbitration proceedings and with the same Recovery suits, Company
Petitions under section 433/ 434 of the Companies Act and all sorts of Loan documents , Mortgage
documents , Banking related documents , Lease and License documents . The firm is also handling
documentation for Non Banking Financial Institutions .
